Visions, Dreams, Memories and Premonitions are all different ways for spirit to communicate directly with us. Ultimately it is up to us to decipher what they are and what they mean. There are lots of books and plenty of people, who would like to jump in and tell you what things mean, but your life experience has created a unique language of symbols that spirit uses to communicate with you and these symbols are much richer in meaning than any spoken language especially because other dimensions are included. Data for sound, color, smell, location, the body you are in, sense of self and much more may be included or sometimes more significantly excluded. The first thing to decide is what type of experience you have had. Each of these can be experienced sleeping or waking. Most of the time, you just know the difference, because obvious physical laws have been broken or data is absent, in which case it is probably a dream or a vision. Dreams and Visions are predominately symbolic. Here is a basic way to decipher a dream or vision.

1.) Break the dream elements down into symbols.

2.) Decide what that symbol means to you.

3.) String the meanings back together into a sort of sentence or phrase.

In my experience past life memories “feel” just like regular memories. They are loaded with reality data but the experience was from within a different body, not dissimilar from remembering life as a kid, and having to reach up for the light switch. Premonitions feel like nothing else. They are powerful and intense they are loaded with reality data but, logically have not happened yet. Ultimately promonitions prove themselves out when they happen.
